The Operator reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate the provision of Services, Additional Paid Services to the User if there is a suspicion of the User committing illegal actions until the circumstances are clarified.

19. If the Operator has reason to believe that the User commits illegal actions or fraudulent actions related to the payment of Additional Paid Services, the Operator has the right to transfer the relevant information to law enforcement agencies to verify this fact.

20. The user independently and at his own expense bears all costs associated with the transfer of funds to the Operator, including fees, commissions.

21. The User guarantees that he has all the authority to conclude this Agreement in the section for the provision of Paid Additional Services, as well as that he has the right and authority to make payments to receive Additional Paid Services.

22. The User agrees, understands and accepts that the Portal is not gambling, gambling, competition, betting, and the purchase of Additional Paid Services is his will and desire, and is not a necessary or mandatory condition for using the Portal.
