Game rules

The rules apply on every RaidMine server – griefing, anarchy and duels, on both Java and Bedrock. Not knowing them does not release you from responsibility.

1 General provisions

1.1

Anyone who registers on the project agrees to all the rules listed below. Not knowing the rules does not release a user from responsibility.

1.2

This set of rules is the official one; no other set has any evidentiary force.

1.3

The administration may edit this set of rules at any time of day without notifying players.

1.4

This set of rules applies on all RaidMine servers.

1.5

Staff may issue a punishment for breaking any point of these rules.

1.6

The rules apply to every player of the project, staff included.

1.7

The administration and the staff are not obliged to explain the reason for any particular action.

1.8

Staff means: Helpers, Moderators (Moder) and Head Moderators (H.Moder).

1.9

Administration means: Administrators (Admin), Wardens and Owners.

1.10

Incorrect actions by players, moderation and other participants of the server, owners excepted, can be appealed on the forum.

1.11

The server administration may choose the measure of punishment based on the situation at hand, ignoring the limits stated in the rules. Whether a punishment is adequate is judged by the senior staff of the server.

1.12

Common sense outweighs any rule. If the rules contradict it, decisions are based on common sense.

2 Chat rules

They apply to local and global chat; private messages are punished on a player's report.

2.1

The following is forbidden:

Mute 30 minutes

– sending 3 or more messages of the same kind within 1 minute;
– flooding with characters (10 characters or more);
– organising a flood in chat ("Everyone who loves RaidMine, type +");
– abusing caps in messages (50% or more of a sentence of 3+ words);
– excessive swearing, including veiled swearing, and obscene language (3 or more swear words in one sentence);

Note: if all 3 messages are visible in the active chat with default chat settings, the punishment applies regardless of the interval between them.

2.2

Insulting anyone or anything is forbidden.

Mute 1–12 hours

– Deliberate insults, as well as messages intended to humiliate a player.
– Rude or repeated insults aimed at inanimate objects are punishable.
– Veiled insults also count as a violation.
– Phrases of the "go f... yourself" kind count as an insult when expressed with obscenities.
– Towards staff – mute up to 1 day.
– Towards the administration (TumkaGames, Bazaraki, nekroz1990, Aprit112, NAU1ZER) – ban up to 7 days; towards the project – mute up to 7 days.
– Breaking this point in /bc – ban for 2 days.
– Exceptions: "Easy, Ez, Noob, 0, Clown, Bot, Trash, Talentless, Weak, Gay, Freak".

2.3

Insulting someone's family is forbidden.

Mute 1–5 days

– Mentioning someone else's relatives counts as an insult.
– The length depends on the severity of the violation, for example:
– "your mommy is silly" – mute 1–3 days;
– "your mother is a wh**e" – 5 days;
– Towards the administration (see 3.1) – ban 7 days.
– On a repeat offence, or for a large amount of insults and/or threats, the mute can reach 15 days.
– Breaking this point in /bc – ban for 3 days.

2.4

Messages of a sexual nature are forbidden.

Inadequate behaviour is forbidden.

Mute 2 hours

– Phrases of the "shut your f...ing mouth" kind, expressed with obscenities.
– Calls to suicide, propaganda of banned substances.

2.6

Advertising any servers and third-party resources is forbidden.

Mute 1 day / Ban 1 to 14 days

– Any mention of another server or of a cheat, even as an abbreviation or an attempt to veil one, is punished with a 1 day mute.
– Direct advertising and posting of third-party IP addresses or links is punished with a 14 day ban.

2.7

Propaganda or agitation inciting social, gender, racial, national or religious hatred and hostility is forbidden.

Mute 9 hours

– Nazism, its symbols and everything connected with it are forbidden.
– A message containing "Glory to (country)" is punished with a mute.
– Messages containing ethnic slurs are punished with a mute as well.
– Anything concerning religion, holidays excepted, is also punishable depending on the context of the message.
– Political provocation and political symbols on banners, shields and skins are forbidden – verbal warning, then a 3 day ban.

2.8

Sending messages containing third-party links or advertising streams and videos is forbidden.

Mute 8 hours – 3 days

– Exception: official RaidMine resources, a link to your own VK page, to a screenshot, or to a video or stream recorded exclusively (!) on RaidMine.

2.9

Impersonating a server administrator is forbidden.

Mute 12 hours

2.10

Threats unrelated to the gameplay are forbidden.

Mute 12 hours

– This includes spreading a player's personal data that could harm them.
– A message containing "wait for the dox/swat" is punished with a mute.

2.11

Threatening someone with a punishment without a real reason is forbidden.

Mute 6 hours

– Example: "my friend is a helper, he will mute you now unless you do this", "give me your Discord or you get banned".

2.12

Discussing politics is forbidden.

Mute 12 hours – 7 days

2.13

Misleading players is forbidden.

Mute 2 hours

– Example: "alt+f4 gives you the raider kit", "/suicide is a cool command".
– Speculating about the wipe date is not forbidden.

2.14

Begging the administration for resources, ranks or anything else is forbidden.

Mute 6 hours

– Exception: begging from players or from the moderation.

2.15

Disturbances in voice chat are forbidden.

Mute 4 hours

– Loud music, extraneous noise.

3 Gameplay

3.1

Nicknames are forbidden if they contain words that break other points of the rules, are offensive or obscene, or are names of other projects or of cheats. The same applies to nicknames similar to those of the administration (Bazaraki, Nekroz1990, Aprit112, NAU1ZER).

Permanent ban

– If a forbidden nickname is set through /nick – a verbal warning, and after that a 3 day ban.

3.2

A player may have at most 3 accounts.

Ban of the remaining accounts

3.3

Any trading for real money is forbidden.

Ban 30 days

– Exception: buying on the RaidMine website in exchange for anything in game.

3.4

Any transfer or sale of an account, including an attempt at one, is forbidden.

Ban with no chance of unban

– Depending on the situation the punishment may range from a temporary block to a block with no chance of unban.

3.5

Hacking or attempting to hack other players' accounts, as well as linking such accounts, is forbidden.

Permanent ban of all accounts

3.6

Using server bugs and building lag machines is forbidden.

Ban 1–15 days

3.7

Using or storing third-party software is forbidden.

Ban 30 days

Examples of forbidden software

– Cheat clients and X-Ray in any form: mods, resource packs, shaders;
– Macros and scripts that automate complex in-game actions (for example auto-trading, Baritone and the like). Exception: AutoFish is allowed;
– Auto-clickers in PvP – ban for 7 days;
– Bots or alts imitating the behaviour of cheat clients (no collision / KillAura / damage through blocks);
– Scripts reacting to the surroundings (for example auto-disconnect when a player is detected nearby);
– Spam bots or any other scripts that harm the project;

Forbidden modifications

– Macros and mods that give an advantage in PvP;
– Macros and mods for automatic interaction with the inventory or with storage. Exception: ItemScroller and MouseTweaks are allowed;
– Mods that partly or fully perform the functions of cheat clients;

Note

– Minimaps with players, damage indicators, elytra swap, invisibility reveal and crystal optimizer are allowed;
– A moderator may require you to pass a check for forbidden software or modifications without any report being filed.
– A moderator may require the check to be done in one of the following programs: Discord, AnyDesk.
– If you admit to having third-party software at the start of the check, the punishment is a ban for 20 days.
– Only the player and the person checking may be present during the check. All calls and conferences with friends must be ended. Both the person checking and the player may record the check.
– Any kind of obstruction of the person checking, inadequate behaviour included, is treated as a refusal of the check.
– If during the check the player refuses to download software for a more detailed inspection of the PC in search of forbidden software, the block is issued for 30 days as a refusal of the check. The software you are asked to install must be downloaded from the offered link on the official site of that program, not as a file from the moderator. A moderator has no right to make you download a file they sent you.
– Partial or full cleaning of the computer is forbidden: the .minecraft folder, the recycle bin, downloads, prefetch, shellbags, JournalTrace, recently used files and so on. If cleaning is discovered, the check ends with a block of the player; cleaning counts for 14 days back.
– Turning off or restarting these Windows services is forbidden: PcaSvc, CDPSvc, DPS, bam, Data Usage, SysMain.
– A block for deleting forbidden software can be issued if the file was deleted less than 14 days ago.

3.8

Evading a ban for cheats by playing on another account, while one of the accounts was banned less than 30 days ago, is forbidden.

Inciting players to break the rules is forbidden.

3.10

Teaming with a player who uses third-party software.

Ban 15 days

3.11

Having, in any form, more allies than allowed on Anarchies with a limit on team size is forbidden.

Ban 7 days

▸ Detailed explanation

– This wording applies to anarchies with a limit. It is to be read as follows:
– Having more allies IN ANY FORM is not allowed.
– One base or farm is defended by, say, 4 people on a Duo Anarchy, but 2 at a time in shifts – that is team+.
– Defending someone else's base is team+.
– Friendly claims standing on one base or farm, where the number of nicknames exceeds the limit (alt accounts not counted) – that is team+.
– Bringing resources or helping in any other way during a raid counts as team+.
– Players in an alliance also count as your teammates on anarchies with a limit.
– Killing, as a pair on a solo anarchy, the objectively weaker player among the three of you is allowed and is not team+.
– Killing, as a pair on a solo anarchy, the objectively most profitable player among the three of you is allowed and is not team+.
– If one player griefs another player on a solo anarchy, you are obliged to stand against both of them, not against one.
– Using claims of your alts and alts for farming is allowed. Alts do not count as a teammate.
– Defending someone else's farm on a Solo Anarchy is forbidden.
– Pretending that you are not teammates while you are, in order to get around the rule – ban.
– If you have teammates, play on the other anarchies where there is no limit, so that you do not get banned.
– An alt is your own account, not one more teammate standing AFK.

4 Rules for donors

4.1

Donors must have evidence when issuing a punishment.

Ban 15 days

– Screenshots and videos must not be cropped or blurred.
– If a donor punished themselves, or issued a correct punishment without evidence – ban for 5 days.
– Punishments may be issued for the following points: 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 2.8, 2.9, 2.10, 2.11, 2.12, 2.13, 2.15.
– The evidence must be uploaded to the relevant section of the forum at the staff's request, and better without waiting for one.
– Leaving a link to the screenshot with the evidence in the punishment reason is allowed and encouraged.
– If an offensive reason is given – ban 20–30 days.
– Repeatedly breaking this rule may lead to a rank demotion or to a ban with no chance of unban.
